The Valdinievole oil mill.
The Montecatini Alto hill where the oil mill is located is in the heart of Tuscany between the cities of Lucca and Pistoia, precisely in Via Vigne 8/b, a few steps from Camping Belsito.
The area where the olives are grown are the Valdinievole hills around Montecatini Terme, the heart of upper Tuscany, where for centuries, thanks to the favourable climate and the expert hands of the farmers, traditional olive trees have been cultivated with excellent results.
The oil mill is open to the public every afternoon for the sale of products. Camping Belsito organises a visit to the oil mill once or twice a week to give its guests the opportunity to see the pressing plant and taste the typical products.
