The dishes are made with selected ingredients that come mainly from local companies as a guarantee of high quality. It is also possible to order tasty pizzas and focaccia baked in the traditional wood-fired oven. The Market/Bazar located inside the restaurant offers a selection of Italian and typical Tuscan products. Daily you can find fresh bread, fruit and vegetables as well as numerous other local products.
