THE RULES

2.1. Upon entering Camping Belsito, customers are required to immediately notify the staff at the Management/Reception of their presence and to register as required by Italian law by providing all identity documents;

2.2. Before definitively leaving the campsite, customers are required to inform the Management/Reception staff of their departure and to settle the amount for all received services and the applicable tourist tax;

2.3. Payment of the balance must be made in cash and/or via debit card and/or credit card; checks are not accepted;

2.4. In the case a deposit has been paid, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the final balance, except as provided in the case of cancellation and/or reduction of the stay period;

2.5. The payment of the balance can be made from 08:00 to 12:00 on the day of departure and until 19:00 the day before;

2.6. Customers using the camping pitches must vacate them by 12:00 PM and, in any case, leave the campsite by 12:45 PM on the day of departure. Customers using pitches with private bathrooms must return the keys by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. If customers do not comply with these times, they will be charged an amount equal to the entire daily fee of the pitch already occupied;

2.7. Mobile homes are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and customers must vacate them by 10:00 AM and, in any case, leave the campsite by 12:45 PM on the day of departure. If customers do not comply with these times, they will be charged an amount equal to the entire daily fee of the occupied fixed structure;

2.8. At Camping Belsito, it is possible to book in advance both the pitch and the fixed structures (mobile homes, etc.) under the following conditions and terms:

• Bookings can be made on the website www.campingbelsito.it or by email: info@campingbelsito.it. Management guarantees to reserve the requested type of pitch but not a specific number.
• Pitch reservation, with a deposit of 20% of the total stay;
• Fixed structure reservation (mobile homes, etc.), with a deposit of 30% of the total stay;
• The reservation will be considered valid only upon receipt of the deposit and after Management has sent confirmation of the reservation to the contact (preferably email address);
• The payment of the deposit amount (to be considered non-interest bearing and, in any case, calculated net of any bank charges) can be made by credit card, bank transfer to the account at Unicredit Banca S.p.A. in the name of Immobiliare Lo Zodiaco S.r.l. (from Italy with IBAN: IT59C0200811699000401109345 – from abroad with SWIFT CODE: UNCRITM1979, in which the reservation details (name and surname, stay period) must be included);
• Cancellations can be communicated via email up to 30 days before the start date of the stay. In this case, the deposit will be refunded net of administrative expenses of €30.00. In case of cancellation within 30 days before the start of the stay, the deposit can be used for the following year; otherwise, it will be forfeited.
• In case of late arrivals compared to the reserved date, the customer will be charged for the entire stay. The reservation will be canceled if the customer does not show up within 1 day of the expected arrival date without notifying;
• In case of early departure compared to the reserved date, the customer will have to pay for the remaining nights, the number of people, and the type of pitch/accommodation. No refunds will be provided. Consequently, if the customer has also rented a refrigerator or a kit, they will be charged for all nights for which it was requested;
• DAILY VISITORS: the daily visitor pays the per person fee based on age;
• PITCH OCCUPIED WITHOUT PEOPLE: if registered guests do not stay overnight at the campsite, they will still pay the fee;
• The pitch or fixed structure (mobile homes, etc.) subject to the reservation will be kept available for the customer until 10:00 PM (11:00 PM from June 1 to August 31) on the expected date of arrival, except for proven personal impediments of the customer which must be communicated promptly. After this deadline, the contract is automatically terminated, and Management will be free from any commitment undertaken and may dispose of the pitch or fixed structure (mobile homes, etc.) at its discretion without obligation to return the deposit.

3.1. Accommodation is allowed only and exclusively in areas designated for camping (numbered pitches) and in fixed structures (mobile homes, etc.);

3.2. Subject to regular reservation, the pitch or fixed structure (mobile homes, etc.) will be assigned by the Management/Reception staff, who will, if possible, consider the needs and/or requests of customers;

3.3. Customers must comply with the instructions of the Management/Reception staff regarding the parking of cars and campers as well as the installation of tents or caravans, which, in any case, must never obstruct the internal roadways of the campsite under penalty of immediate relocation;

3.4. Customers are expressly prohibited from changing the assigned pitch, except with specific authorization from the Management/Reception staff;

3.5. Before their departure, customers are required to clear the pitch of their personal belongings and leave it clean;

3.6. To protect the greenery and prevent fires, any fires may only be lit in the barbecue area available to guests or in private barbecue areas (if certified), provided that the smoke does not disturb neighbors and does not damage the grass and underlying soil;

3.7. Customers assume direct responsibility for the use of all facilities, equipment, and installations of the campsite (pools, playground, barbecues, etc.);

3.8. “Camping Belsito” is not responsible for:

• Any theft of valuable objects or belongings not entrusted to custody;
• Any theft of objects that have been made possible due to the lack of appropriate precautions by the customer;
• Damages caused by other guests, by force majeure, by natural disasters, by insects, by diseases and epidemics (including plants), or by other causes not dependent on the negligence of the campsite staff;

3.9. It is strictly prohibited to:

• Dig holes and ditches in the pitches;
• Leave waste in the pitches except in designated containers;
• Pour liquids of any kind on the ground (except water);
• Light open fires (except as provided in article 3.6);
• Wash cars, campers, or caravans inside the campsite;
• Anchor tarps or awnings to trees with nails and/or ropes and shake rugs or other items on plants;
• Alter the state of the ground;
• Fence the pitch, except with the authorization of Management;
• Use more than one electrical outlet for lighting on the pitch, except with the authorization of Management. If the customer does not comply with this provision, Management may charge an additional cost to the daily rate;
• Have more than one gas cylinder per pitch;
• Use electrical appliances (ovens, refrigerators, air conditioners, etc.) not expressly provided for use at campsites.

4.1. The structures and facilities of the campsite observe the following hours:

• Management/Reception and Cashier: every day, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM;
• Pools: every day from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (unless adverse weather conditions);

4.2. Within the campsite, there is a “quiet” time from 10:00 PM (11:00 PM in high season) to 8:00 AM and from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, during which any noise that may disturb the peace of the campsite is strictly prohibited;

4.3. In particular, during quiet hours, it is strictly prohibited to:

• Set up or take down tents, caravans, or campers;
• Circulate with any mechanical means within the campsite;
• Enter or exit with mechanical means from the campsite (the gate is closed);
• Keep radio and/or TV devices at high volume;

4.4. To circulate with any mechanical means within the campsite, it is mandatory to respect a speed limit of 5 Km/h. In case of non-compliance with this limit, Management reserves the right to take appropriate measures, and in case of repeated violations, to arrange for the immediate removal of the offender and/or to prohibit them from circulating within the campsite;

4.5. Guests and/or visitors are not allowed inside the campsite. Management reserves the right to allow entry to guests and/or visitors upon specific request from customers, who are required to communicate their arrival to the Management/Reception staff. Admitted guests and/or visitors must present an identity document and may stay free of charge inside the campsite for 1 hour, without being able to use the campsite services (showers, pools, etc.); after this time, they will be subject to the daily fee;

4.6. Minors are allowed inside the campsite only if accompanied by parents or adult relatives;

4.7. Children under 12 must always be accompanied when using the campsite’s facilities and installations (bathrooms, pools, playgrounds, etc.);

4.8. Waste, glass, plastic, paper, and non-recyclable waste must be deposited in the appropriate bins placed inside the campsite;

4.9. Customers are required to respect the trees and/or vegetation of the campsite; in particular, it is prohibited to break and/or cut any tree and/or shrub. In case of violation of this prohibition, the offender will be charged for all related damages;

Pets (dogs, cats, etc.) are welcome at the campsite, but to avoid causing discomfort to other guests, customers who own them must strictly adhere to the following rules:

• Pets are allowed in limited numbers, meaning a maximum of 1 per unit, except with Management's authorization;
• The presence of pets must be reported at the time of booking and arrival;
• Pets must have vaccination documents and, for dogs, a registration document with the dog registry;
• Dogs must be kept on a short leash;
• Owners are obligated to clean up after their animals and ensure they do not disturb other guests;
• Owners are considered solely responsible for any damage to property and/or persons caused by their animals;
• It is strictly prohibited to bring animals into the playground and swimming pools;
• In case of non-compliance with these rules, Management may order the immediate removal of the offender and/or the animal from the campsite.

For anything not provided for in this regulation, express reference is made to the provisions of the Italian Civil Code as well as to current regulations and local customs.
